How I ended up in this team:
I can't remember. Originally about 12 years ago after comming back from a bad injury through friends. The likes of: Ian Mac, Ian D, Bruce, Guy, and my brother Jeremy. Had a stint with the seconds for a few years with my bothers Andrew and Jeremy. Got disillusioned with that and came back, with some encouragement from Bill, Joe, Frazer and a couple of others.

Best thing about being a member of this team:
The comradery, team spirit, and the feeling that you are really appreciated as part of the team.

Best moment in football:
Winning the div 7 league second year running! Nice one lads.

Best goal scored (own goals do count):
Against Island Bay up the hill at the back off the zoo. Ball was passed back to me as I was coming in from just outside the edge of the box and BAM! Struck it so sweetly the keeper didn't even have time to move a muscle. There was no net and the ball kept climbing well past the goal to finally land 50 yards or so away.

Most embarrassing moment in football:
Kicking the sh@$%#t out of my team mate! Our parents had to run onto the field to pull me off him. You see he usually played up front and was the teams best player. Thing is, on that day he was put in center mid, and so out of spite did not put in any effort. We were loosing 7 nil because he didn't bother even trying to tackle anyone. He was also the school bully and never bullied me again. Take heed anyone thinking of slacking off while I'm on the park!
